2024 Vermeer® Bale Processors CPX9000

The Catapult® CPX9000 bale processor is a machine that offers power, versatility and easy operation. The Catapult processor allows material to be thrown 60 ft - 100 ft (18.3 m - 30.5 m), whether that be up and over feed bunks in a cattle operation or for land reclamation and erosion control purposes. Hydraulic controls make this machine easy to use, giving operators the ability to choose how the spout is angled and how the crop is distributed. The Catapult processor is available only at participating dealers.

Smooth material feeding
  • Optimizing productivity, the Catapult processor provides smooth material feeding by adjusting the feed rate of the bale chain bed to maintain a proper load and PTO RPM on the tractor.
Consistent material flow
  • Direct feed from a dual fan air circulation system provides consistent material flow from the tub to the spout, reducing inconsistent material flow common with non-direct feed systems.
Replaceable, abrasive-resistant steel liners
  • Replaceable, abrasive-resistant steel liners provide durability, especially needed when processing contamination-filled material like cornstalks.
