2024 Vermeer® Trommel Screens TR521
Designed to separate a wide variety of materials such as compost, soil, sands, gravel, light aggregate and sludge.
The TR521 Tier 4F Stage IV trommel screen is specifically designed to separate by size a wide variety of materials such as compost, soil, sands, gravel, light aggregate and sludge. Screen enhancements to the drum enable quicker and simpler changeout and tensioned screens allow for increased overall open screen area. The revamped TR521 with wireless remote control offers intelligence to the machine for operational setting control and allows the operator to monitor from a loader cab or distant location.
Features may include:
Tall, wide throat opening- Move material smoothly without bridging, thanks to a tall, wide throat opening.
Heavy-duty rollers- Extend belt life even under tough loading conditions with closely set, heavy-duty rollers supporting the apron conveyor.
Increasing screening area- Keep screen weights low when processing wet materials by clamping on a smaller diameter tension screen wire and increasing screening area.
Reduced spillage- Speed up your clean up because the flashing and sheeting fit tightly against the drum and conveyors to reduce spillage.
Advanced controls- Operators can control the machine through either the Vermeer DP10 display mounted on the control panel, or through a handheld transceiver remote.
Stainless steel screen options- Stainless steel screens offer increased durability and reduce the amount of screen binding when working with wet or corrosive materials.
